I am the Director of Inclusive Practices for Otis Elementary School, where I lead efforts to strengthen equitable and inclusive learning environments for all students. With 15+ years of experience in education, I have previously served as a classroom teacher and am passionate about building educator capacity through collaboration, coaching, and professional learning. I work alongside school leaders, teachers, and families to implement inclusive practices, multi-tiered systems of support, and high-quality instruction that promotes student success. I am committed to ensuring every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
