My name is Maritsa Reyes, and I have dedicated over 30 years to Boston Public Schools, starting as a paraprofessional and now serving as the school secretary. Feel free to stop by the office any time; it will be my pleasure to help with any questions or concerns. I love working with students and creating innovative games and activities that make learning enjoyable. I offer a variety of downloadable books and materials for parents and teachers on my Teachers Pay Teachers store, "Maritza Good Idea". Additionally, I am a self-published author on Amazon, with seven children’s books that my grandchildren love reading with me. I am passionate about nature and art, and I love spending time outdoors with my family.

For over 31 years, I have dedicated myself to the James Otis School community, where my greatest passion is supporting parents and helping families thrive. I am a proud wife, mother, and grandmother to Sophia, Olivia, and Vivian, who bring endless joy to my life. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and nurturing meaningful connections with those around me.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Theology and Ministry at Boston College, a journey that reflects my deep commitment to faith, service, and lifelong learning. This new chapter allows me to unite my love for education and ministry, continuing to serve others with compassion and purpose. |

Hi my name is Jessica Osorio. I have been working at the Otis for the last 13 years. This year is my 5th year as the Family Liaison. Even though I miss working with the students I am happy that I can support our families. I have three boys. My husband and I are Pastors of a church in Boston. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and going to the beach.
